Week 4-5
Started this week off with beginning to model the second track which wasn't as easy as the first one, I did the same thing and used the curve tool to outline the track then extruded along the curve ect. once the base model was completed it was time to move onto the barriers, that went well with the help from the tutor I learned a new way to create the barriers the same way as I extruded along the curve to make the base model.
This was a very long process unfortunately and with everything taking quite some time I got tasked to start concepting the layout of the main area where the tracks were going to be placed, the team wanted it to be a kitchen with a 60s vibe to it which I got very eager to get started on.
The images attached are the second track and also the concept that we finalized on and we begun our research on 60s - 70s kitchen, we found some really great references on color scheme ect.
We did a lot of good research that gave us a lot of information about where to go to next with modeling then texturing.
